My Fascination with “Timmy Woods” Bags

An old BFF of mine introduced me to Timmy Woods bags over 7 years ago and I have been a fan ever since. Although I don’t own one…yet, I like how each one is different and a statement piece. They are similiar to the Judith Lieber bags in the sense that they come in all different shapes, sizes and patterns, but Timmy Woods bags are made from wood. We have a store here in Richmond called “Saxon Shoes” that used to sell these bags and everytime I went in there I would look at them and wish I had one. Sarah Jessica Parker made them even more famous when she wore the “Eiffel Tower” bag in the first “Sex and the City” movie. I personally have always liked the bag that looks like a Pekinese puppy. The price range is around $400 per bag but if you ever invest in one you’re guaranteed to most likely not see the same bag around town and that in itself is priceless!
