OOTD: Asos & Sam Edelman

For the first day of classes at The Plus Academy VIRGINIA I decided to be a little “risqué” with my attire. I have had this outfit in my closet for over a month and pulled it out today to give the students a little inspiration that plus-size women don’t always have to be labeled “boring dressers” or that we have to wear “non-flattering” clothing. Although honestly I second guessed myself at first about the leggings, but since the shirt was longer I said, WTH, go out on a  limb. Both are by Asos and their clothes are known to be “out of the box” for curvy women.  The shoes I had on I  had been eye-balling for months but my size sold out almost instantly so when I saw that they were back in stock last week, I ordered them without thinking twice, literally.
