Trend Alert: “(Faux) Leather Peplum Tops”

Earlier in the winter my blogger buddy, Marie Denee, made a status update post that she was looking for a leather peplum top. So as us bloggers do, we come across various fashion trends everyday online. I found one on the Asos CURVE website and sent Marie that link but it wasn’t quite her taste and I agree. But that was the only plus-size version at that time. So when Macy’s sent me an email about another plus-size Sleeveless Faux Leather Peplum Top option, my fashion buds perked up. Now mind you this one looks very ‘faux’ on the site, but I’m sure with the right styling of it you can work it out. Hopefully more designers/retailers will offer more ‘structured’ varieties in the faux leather peplum trend in plus-sizes in the future, but in the meantime checkout these options below:
