OOTD: “Norma Kamali Sleeveless Leopard Print Dress”


About a week ago I ordered this dress from the new Norma Kamali collection on Wal-Mart’s website. This makes several purchases that I have made by this designer. Even though the Norma Kamali line for Wal-Mart is much cheaper than her normal collection, it still has the quality feel and material of a more expensive line. I’m a fan of jersey fabrics and this leopard print dress fits really nice on. I originally ordered a 2X since in the past I had worn the XXL in this brand. But since this is from the Norma  Kamali plus-size collection I had to order a 3X just to have a great fit and it not be too snug. I paired the dress with my new Wild Pair shoes from Bakers. I ordered them last week when they were on a one-day sale. They are called the “Theresa WP” and they are replica YSL “Palais” Pumps that retail for $720. (The Look For Less: “The YSL ‘Palais’ Pumps vs. Bakers”). It has a platform so that makes it a more comfortable fit but as most shoes go nowadays, they don’t come in a half size. So these are a little big but I will just get insoles to put in them for the next time I wear them.  Since it was a really nice day out today I wore a blazer with it (but I didn’t happen to get a pic of that).
