The Plus Academy VIRGINIA Open House: Review & Pictures
Wowwwww, OMG is all I can say right now. Today was a GREAT day. Thank you to all the beautiful curvy women who came out and signed up for the program. As I told you all earlier this morning on facebook, it was gonna be a treat. I gave away goodie bags to all participants who signed up and they were filled with beauty products, candles, body items and purse wallets. I treated guests to meat & cheese trays, fruit and a themed cake. (Special thanks to plus-size model Desheca Rogers who couldn’t attend but sponsored a portion of the food for the event). Plus as an added incentive, ladies who came out were treated to a professional photoshoot with photographer Kermit Gresham of Beau Monde Fashion Group. Kermit did such a wonderful job today and I can’t wait for you all to see the results. I made some great new business connections and I so appreciate Ashley Stewart for letting me host the event there. I want to thank my assistants for the day, my make-up artist Manaya and Plus Academy participant LaTonya Mann. I’m truly touched that after just explaining the program to the ladies you could see the gleam, self-esteem booster and excitement in their eyes and they can’t wait until the first day.
