How To Get That Look: “Jill Scott’s Outfit on ‘Black Girls Rock”

I’m a little backed up on watching my DVR’s so although the award show, “Black Girls Rock” , aired on Sunday, I’m just now seeing it. The first performance of the night was that of curvy songtress Jill Scott. I must say that I’ve never seen this side of Jill but I like it. She’s usually more “Afrocentric” with her style and over the past few years she’s become more fashionable. But Sunday she came “all the way out the box” with thigh boots and leather….and I loved it. I instantly recognized her jacket and although I can’t say for certain, but it looks just like one I have from Torrid. There is also a designer version from Halogen available at Nordstrom.
