The Plus Academy VIRGINIA Spring 2011 Open House Info

THIS OPEN HOUSE IS NOW CANCELLED AND INSTEAD WE WILL JUST BE DOING THE “ProjectCURVES™” EVENT ON SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 2011!!!

I announced yesterday that I will be hosting, along with Gwen DeVoe, a ProjectCURVES™ here in Richmond on Saturday, March 26, 2011.  ProjectCURVES™ is a one-day bootcamp workshop that will teach participants how to have a SUCCESSFUL career in plus modeling. But in order to get the “full” criteria and training, that’s where The Plus Academy VIRGINIA comes in. The Plus Academy VIRGINIA is a 4-6 week course that will give you “extensive” details and criteria for the world of plus-size modeling. Well I’d like to share with you that I will also be having an open house for the Spring 2011 session of The Plus Academy VIRGINIA during the ProjectCURVES™  event. So for those of you attending the one day bootcamp, you can also sign up for The Plus Academy VIRGINIA which classes will  begin in May 2011.

Since 1999, The Plus Academy has provided unsurpassed training and guidance, helping to launch the careers of several plus models, many of whom have appeared in print ads, runway showcases, television programs, online magazines, designer showcases, pageants and more. They have also offered a variety of personal development and lifestyle workshops for plus size women and pre-teenagers. Our classes are taught by a team of professionals who are experienced in the plus size market and in conducting workshops associated with issues affecting plus size women.

The ProjectCURVES™ Bootcamp will be from 9am-4pm and The Plus Academy VIRGINIA Open House will be from 6pm-7pm.
