I’ve been patiently stalking the Payless Shoes website for over a week now looking for the new designer collections to drop. Call me a shopping fanatic but I could feel it in my bones that they were about to be released. It’s always sometime late July or early August that the fall items come into the stores. Plus when you start seeing unbelievable sales item prices that usually means that the retailer is making way for new stock.
