OOTD: “On Parade”

Today I attended the annual Christmas parade here in Richmond and the weather was beautiful for such an event. At first I actually had on too many clothes but once I pulled off the vest,  jacket and scarf I was good. That left me wearing a trendy leopard print cold shoulder sweater ($38.50) and indigo jeggings ($58.50) both by Torrid. I wore the jeggings before here and although I haven’t taken pics in it until today, this was my second time wearing this sweater too. Now you know that I must really like an item to wear it multiple times and this is one of those ensembles. The jeggings are like second-skin and if you wear a strapless bra with the sweater, it falls just right over your shoulders and arms. Since I knew I’d be in for standing a long time I paired it all with these cognac flat boots ($30, 2011) from Simply Fashion but switched them out later on in the day for my high-heeled cognac Sammy Boots by Torrid ($68.50) that I also recently wore here. All in all it was a fun day for family, fun and Christmas cheer!
