My Holiday Beauty & Fragrance Gift Set Picks
I always love this time of year for buying all of my favorite items. Wanna know why? Because they usually come in gift sets and you get more for your money. I recently blogged on finding the Lady GaGa Fragrance Set and I have come across a few more over the weekend that I just had to share:
I also really like the Rihanna Reb’l Fleur Gift Set from Macy’s, $65
For the men in your life, try out one of these gift sets by Old Spice or Gillette from Wal-Mart, $10. Plus many of these gift sets offer a free subscription to a magazine of your choice.
My mom just loves these Kiehl’s Lip Balm Giftables, $30 from Saks, and got me hooked on the brand. The winter can be so harsh on the lips and the Kiehl lip balms can come to your rescue.
As I just mentioned the winter can be harsh on lips and even the skin too. Up until this week my face was so dry and I didn’t know what to use being that I have sensitive skin that is blemish prone. I mean I’v e tried everything under the sun it seems and nothing seems to work. But after doing research I came across this holiday Clinique Even Better Skin Care Set, $79.50 at Macy’s & Saks Fifth Avenue, that includes a dark spot corrector, moisturizer, 7-day scrub cream and eye cream. It’s only been a few days of use so far but I can feel the difference in moisture in my skin. I will give it a little while longer for my review of the spot corrector’s results.
The OPI Skyfall Collection for Holiday 2012 includes twelve OPI Nail Lacquers, $8.50 each, in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the iconic James Bond series. Named after the most recent 007 film, Skyfall, the entire collection features six polishes playing off of the movie’s seductive theme and six polishes inspired by the danger and mystery of the film. I wanna get stiletto nails now just to try the double-polish effect of the ‘Casino Royale’ polished on top of the nails and the ‘Goldeneye’ polished underneath the nail tips.
