Store Spotlight: “Rue 107 Launches Plus-Size Collection Today at Noon”
So I’ve been following news of a new straight-size line expanding to the plus-size range for over a week now. Designer house Rue 107 has now tapped into the plus-size range. I’m really happy to hear this because for so long now I have been drooling over clothing on their facebook timeline wishing I could fit the items. Since its inception in 2010, Rue107 has created a cult following among New York trend-setters. First picked up by the iconic Patricia Field store in New York, Rue107 is now sold at several boutique retailers across the United States. Rue107 dresses have also been worn by several celebrities, including Nicki Minaj, Kandi Burruss and Christina Milian. Just recently tennis pro Serena Williams was spotted on the beach wearing a Rue 107 swimsuit. Rue 107 enlisted the gorgeous curvy models Essie Golden and Natalie Monet to be the faces of the new line. I’m really digging all of the colorful, on trend, curve-hugging pieces that I see so far on the promo pics. Check them out for yourself:
