Grab Her Style: “Michelle Obama’s Michael Kors Sequin Skirt”
A couple of years ago FLOTUS Michelle Obama wore a long black sequined skirt to the Black Caucus Phoenix Awards. It was from the Fall 2010 collection for designer Michael Kors. Today I’m sharing with my readers how to replicate this look for the plus-size woman. I actually have been meaning to share this post for some time now but kept forgetting to post it, forgive me. But to achieve a similar look to Michelle Obama’s pair up this black maxi sequined skirt called the Gwen Skirt from the Queen Grace Collection ($169) and the Condesa Top by IGIGI ($68) both available from Sonsi. Michelle is wearing a black cummerbund with her skirt and the great thing about the Queen Grace version is that it actually comes with a black cummerbund too. So you can achieve the same basic look for much less than the Michael Kors version.
