OOTD: “Woman On the Go”

In getting ready for the Holiday shopping season I got a head start this weekend on that tedious task. For my “on the go” look I wanted to sport something comfy and stylish both in one. I had just ordered this Miss Tina Women’s Draped Oversize Cardigan in Dark Olive from Wal-Mart last week for only $19.99 and was determined to wear it this weekend. In the Fall season I am mostly seen wearing cardigans instead of coats because I get hot so fast majority of the time. I had been stalking the Wal-Mart site daily for a few weeks now waiting on new stock but thanks to my blog reader, Ms. Dee, for giving me the heads up on the latest collection from the Miss Tina line.

Now I’ll be the first to acknowledge, there’s something fishy going on with the Miss Tina collection as a whole. The official website is down, her Facebook page hasn’t been updated since last year nor is her stuff advertised the way it used to be in Wal-Mart stores. But the most obvious fact is, the items appear and disappear almost instantly while you’re shopping on the Wal-Mart website. I just ordered this cardigan last Monday, at the low price of only $19.94, and now when I go to re-order another, the add to bag icon is gone. Don’t know what’s going on with this line but I wonder if there are new owners to it? If you notice Miss Tina’s daughter’s clothing line, Dereon, is extinct now as well. Hmmmm.

But anyway, “IF” you can get a hold of this on the Wal-Mart website I would suggest grabbing it. It was super-duper comfy, long on the back-side and served it’s purpose of being just a tad-bit flashy with little bits of sparkle in the fabric.
