OOTD: “Ice Queen”

On Sunday I attended church and what do you know, I got caught in an icy rain shower. So therefore I only got one pic but I’m wearing the Quilted Ivory Lapel Jacket ($52) and Polka Dot Mermaid Ruffle Skirt ($39) both from Chic and Curvy Boutique. I layered under the jacket with a cream shirt and burgundy vest and complimented the burgundy color with a pair of Jessica London OTK Boots.
