“The Barbie Suite” at The Palms in Las Vegas
Summer is well upon us and many of us will be planning vacations allover the world. I happened to stumble upon this $4,000 per night suite at The Palms in Las Vegas dedicated to child doll icon Barbie. Since I’m a girlie-girl this immediately peaked my interest. The suite opened last June in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the doll and was developed with the Barbie manufacturer Mattel. The room is 2,350 square feet and sorta replicates the actual Barbie dollhouse. Designed by famed “Happy Chic” interior designer Jonathan Adler, this suite is the ultimate bachelorette pad. The suite comes with three queen-sized beds, an extra-large Jacuzzi tub, two-way fireplace, and plenty of Barbie artwork and artifacts.
