Christian Siriano Fall 2010 for Payless Shoes
Introducing Christian Siriano for Payless, the Fall 2010 Collection! It’s full of features of various croc and python patent, oversize ruffles, and gold filigree detailing on platform pumps and boots. I missed my opportunity to scoop up a pair of Christian Siriano’s last collection for Payless, but I’ll be sure to grab a pair this time. I looked at the pair I liked at 9am the morning they came out but hesitated in purchasing them and they were all sold out by mid-day in the size I needed. So I suggest when you see it, buy it then. I came across a few pics of his Fall/Winter 2010 fashion show and I sure hope that these are gonna be a part of his Payless collection. The Spring 2010 collection was priced around $79 but these shoes should be less than $50 it is reported. They are set to be released in September and I will be the first one in the check-out line….this time, lol:
@ Amor – I’m speaking in defense of Christian and Payless, for 1 I’m a payless associate who loves the heck out of CS products. Of course the shoes u see on the runway will not be the same shoe in payless. Last year in his 2009 collection the heels were curved outward, no payless didn’t have them in the storew but u could order them exclusivley online only. So a word of advise, check the website for the authentic shoes bc very few select payless stores carry CS anyways, so if u want the edgey heels jst keep checkin the payless website bc thts were the authentice 1 will b.
I adore Christian Siriano, but I doubt that his actual collection for Fall/Winter 2010 for Payless will actually look like the above photos. I could be eating my words come august/september, but CS has a reputation for a little bit of false – eh, not so harsh – over-projected advertising. I remember his Fall 2009 collection for Payless was supposed to be extremely elaborate and ornate and fab as he had showcased in his Fall 2009 collection at Fashion Week, and instead it was a watered down version, “INSPIRED” by the shoes that he actually debuted on the runway prior. So we shall see…
