Norma Kamali Plus-Size Sleepwear Line for Wal-Mart

There’s good news for all the Norma Kamali fans who’ve learned to love the designer’s diffusion line for Wal-Mart—she’s adding to to it. Kamali has just announced that she’ll be adding sleepwear to her other apparel and accessories categories such as dresses, outerwear, sweaters and skirts to the lifestyle brand she’s been designing for Wal-Mart since 2007 under her name. This is the first sleepwear collection that Kamali has ever done. The sleepwear collection, which consists of eight styles, is sized for both the contemporary misses’ customer in sizes XS to XXL and a modern plus-size line in 1X to 3X. Suggested retail for the average-size line is $8 to $12, and the plus-size group is $9 to $14. The Norma Kamali for Wal-Mart sleepwear collection will hit stores October 10.     (via WWD)
