“The B-Styles Curvy Girl of The Day”: LaTonya Mann


Today I’m featuring one of my friends and clients, not only because I personally did her shopping & styling for this outfit, but because I feel she reps the curvy community in a very flattering way. LaTonya Mann of Norfolk, Virginia started her plus-size modeling career in 2007 with “The Full Figured Diva Academy”, (that’s actually where we met), and just completed the first semester of The Plus Academy VIRGINIA (www.plusacademyvirginia.com) . She has since expanded her career and was a contestant in last month’s “Full Figured Fashion Week  Modeling Competition” in New York City. LaTonya enlisted my services a while ago to help her find a dress for  New York and here’s what we found:

ONE DAY I WALKED PAST A MIRROR AND I SAID “ WOW I AM CURVY , CUTE AND CONFIDENT LETS SHOW THE WORLD AND MODE IT.. LOL..!! I LOVE WALKING IN HEELS THANKS TO MY NICELY TONE CALVE MUSCLES. I LOVE FASHION … SO WHY NOT COMBINE BOTH LOVE’S AND RIP THE RUNWAY WHILE DOING IT”!!
