OOTD: “Purple Eternity”

Let me just first start off by saying, please excuse the poor quality of this picture above. I was on a recent photoshoot and had some behind the scenes pics taken of me with my own personal camera but didn’t realize that the light from the photographers backdrop would flash off whenever my camera flashed too. You live and learn. Anyway I was saving this outfit pic until I got the professional pictures back from the photographer but I was informed earlier today that they chose another outfit shot of me. I’m wearing the Eternity Convertible Maxi Dress by SWAK in Plum ($89.90). Omg, this dress felt like butter on my skin. It is made of a soft jersey knit fabric and can be worn many different ways as it has an 11-ft long panel attached to it. I got the 1X-3X size and since I was wearing a one-piece bodyshaper underneath I wore mine criss-cross with a tie-knot in the front to cover my undergarments. 

I added pops of color to the bold purple hue by wearing these Coral Open-Toe Pumps from Target, ($29.99) and Betsey Johnson “Flight Fancy Cactus” bracelet form Dillard’s ($55 on sale). I wish I could’ve gotten a hold of the original pics as to show how this dress really flows but too late now as my make-up artist for that day literally grabbed the dress from me after the shoot to borrow for a fashion show they had coming up. Now that’s what you call selling the clothes right off of your back literally, lol.
