OOTD: “Leopard and Bows”
Today I took a walk on the wild-side by mixing a bold colored dress with various animal prints. I’m wearing the Turquoise Cold-Shoulder Dress from Chic and Curvy Boutique, $38 and the Kate Young for Target ‘Naya’ Leopard Ankle Booties w/ Bows. This was my first time wearing the booties and I purchased them back in April at $44.99. (They are now on sale for only $31.48, sizes 5.5-11). I know what you’re thinking, why am I wearing booties in the summer. But one, today wasn’t that hot and two, I recently read that open-toe booties are a hot commodity year-round now. Plus, I just wanted a reason to finally try them out. The cute little bow on the back of the booties is what first got me.
I figured that by wearing a bodycon dress with the booties would be a great fashionista choice to pair together. I really like this dress but it is ‘very’ conforming to the body, so I suggest if you have a larger middle area to either wear a firm control bodyshaper or a wide-belt to smooth out your tummy portion. (I was only able to choose these two poses above because I didn’t have my ‘firm’ shaper on today and you could see all of my breakfast through the dress, haha). Now if you have a flat stomach this dress is definitely all the way for you. Either way, rock your curves ladies!

I Luv those colors together#Hot#
I saw those shoes at Target and I really liked them but the heel looked to high for me and I thought that perhaps they wouldn’t be comfortable but they certainly look good on you especially when they are paired with the color of your dress. A very nice combination!
