Bella on the Scene: “The Tionna Smalls Relationship Workshop at Curves Rock Fashion Weekend”

I just attended the most inspiring and gut-wrenching relationship workshop by author Tionna Smalls. If you notice I NEVER get too personal on my blog, especially about the relationship area and Tionna hit home on certain topics. She had each of us attendees to even get up on the podium with her and express ourselves. That was a challenge for me as I am usually such a personal person. But it was really a kumbayah moment after everyone expressed themselves. She even coined a new phrase today, “Don’t give up the milk unless YOU want some cereal”. I was so inspired by her advice and the other ladies testimonies too. I definitely recommend attending her workshops if she ever comes to your area or better yet, invest in purchasing one of Tionna’s many books and watch her show on MTV, “Girl Get Your Mind Right” to follow her inspirational advice.
