Bella on the Scene: “The Plus-Model Workshop and Embrace Your Curves Panel at Curves Rock Fashion Weekend”

Whooh, what a day. I’m trying to catch my breath from all of the excitement of today at Curves Rock Fashion Weekend. My second workshop that I attended was with plus-size supermodel Liris Crosse. I’ve attended her workshops several times and it never gets old. Liris has so much valuable info to share with ladies that it is an event not to be missed when she offers these classes. She informed the ladies on what should be in your model bags and how to build your brand. I then had to slip out right before the end to prepare for the next panel of the day, which I served on, called “Embrace Your Curves”. Myself along with Jade Greer, Nina Taylor, Anita Marshall, Nicole Zepeda, Samantha Lebbie as moderator and Tionna Smalls even came back to be a panelist as well. We empowered ladies on how to accept our flaws, where to shop for quality plus-size clothing and most of all, the word, “FAT”. Attendees from as far as California were in the audience to gain knowledge on the various topics.
