Virtual OOTD: “The Rhythm Nation Dress”
In keeping up with the long-lasting military trend, I have put together a ‘virtual’ outfit of the day for my readers. I saw this Janet Jackson “Rhythm Nation” inspired dress online recently and had to think of a cute way to hook it up. It is the Military Body-Con Dress ($59.99, Sizes 1X-3X) available from Curvaceous Boutique. It was being modeled by the beautiful and curvy model Shareema Hill and boutique owner Cassandra picked the right one for this shoot. (Her body sold the s@#t outta this dress, excuse my french). In wearing a mini-dress such as this you would want to elongate the legs, especially if you’re petite. Therefore I figured by pairing it up with a workwear ankle boot, such as these from Bare Feet Shoes ($64.99, Sizes 7-11), you can be both sexy and militant trendy all at once!
