OOTD: “Brand New Me”

So while working on this Just My Size Fashion Friday’s Project I had an epiphany, I need a new look. My stylist, Shakeita, of IM-IJ Group, and I had been discussing me getting a bob hairstyle for a couple of months now and I finally gave in. So for next Friday’s Just My Size Look expect to see this new hairstyle with a more dressed up ensemble. But while taking the pics for that project, I snapped a few out-takes in this dress that I caught on the Asos 70% off sale earlier this year. It is called the ASOS Curve Exclusive Body-Conscious Dress With Panelled Print. I think I got it for around $12 but it is now $22. I was very leery to order it because it looked super short on the model from the website. But to my surprise it’s actually knee length on me. I think a long-sleeve bodycon dress always looks good with booties of some sort and being that the workboot is the trend of the season, I pulled out a pair that I’ve had for a few years now that I got from It’s Fashion. They are a combination of a sexy open-toe workboot with lace-up straps on the front and the heel is out. (Note-being that it’s getting cold outside I would suggest hosiery with boots such as what I’m wearing, the Hanes Silk Reflections Plus Control Top, Enhanced Toe Pantyhose in Barely There from Just My Size, $13.50 for a 3-pack.
