Back-To-School Shopping Tips & Basics for 2010
Even though we’re still in the midst of summer fun it’s also time for parents to start thinking about Back-to-School items for the kiddies. I myself started even before school ended to get the best deals. “You know at the end of the season stores really reduce items”. So back in May I was able to rack up on name brand-name clothing such as Lacoste & Ralph Lauren for dirt cheap at Macy’s. (I didn’t have this blogsite back then but next time a sale comes up like that I’ll be sure to share it with you all). Anyway, I’ve been getting sale emails for over a week now so I decided to give you all a head start on this difficult task. Here are just a few tips that I found of interest to assist parents with their back to school shopping:
– Go to Wal-Mart for school lists and check out their supply aisles for “super” discounts
– Read the Sunday newspaper ads weekly because Staples & Office Max often do 1cent deals
– If your child(ren) have to wear uniforms check out places like K-Mart & even the thrift store for inexpensive khakis
– Shop during tax free weekend (check your state website for this info)
– Shop at outlet malls for bargains
