OOTD: Week #4- Fashion Friday’s In The Just My Size Two-Button Blazer
So to switch things up a bit for this edition of Fashion Friday’s, I’m focusing on the JMS Two Button Blazer in Chocolate (Style #24811, $37.99, Sizes 14W-32W). This blazer can be worn a few different ways and I’m first going to show how to pull it together as a suit. I wore mine with the Counterparts Tummy Control Full Comfort Waistband A-Line Skirt in Heather Mocha (Style# 24295, $19.99, Sizes 16W-24W) and the Just My Size Silky Button-Down Printed Shirt in Jungle Print (Style#25520, $21.99, Sizes 1X-4X). I purposely didn’t match the blazer and skirt, although they both come in various colors, so that I could style them with these tan suede knee boots and snakeskin clutch. The blazer runs full so I would suggest going a size down to ensure that fitted appeal once you have it on. Also the A-line skirt is an ideal choice if you have a larger middle area because there’s a tummy control paneling made right into it.
I then dressed the blazer down a little, perhaps for an evening of cocktails, by simply wearing a JMS Short Sleeve V-Neck Tee in White (Style #WJ778, $6.79, Sizes 1X-5X), one of my own colorful pencil skirts, a statement necklace and then I added a pair of animal print pumps and clutch . There you have two total complete day to night looks using just one key item, the two-button blazer.
For my undergarments, I wore the JMS Comfort Strap Satin Wirefree Minimizer Bra (Style# 19944, $12.99, Sizes 38D-50DD) and in both pics I have on my all-time favorite hosiery, the Hanes Silk Reflections Plus Control Top, Enhanced Toe Pantyhose in Barely There (Style #883, $13.50 for a 3-pk, Sizes 1-5).
Style Tip: Before wearing hosiery, place the package in the freezer overnight,or however long you’d like after that, and that helps keep down on runs. Also wash pantyhose using a lingerie bag such as this one from Just My Size, (Style #115024, $4.99).
