OOTD: “Casino Queen”
Today I took a one day trip to the new Casino in Maryland called ‘Casino Live’. It’s located right next door to the outlet mall Arundel Mills. I have been a lil’ under the weather the past couple of days but since my trip was already paid for I had to go. I’m actually not a gambler at all and I just took pics in front of the casino. The casino had a nicer background for pics instead of inside the mall. The trip took only 3 hours from Richmond so I wanted to be comfortable while traveling. I’m wearing the Rachel Pally Caftan Dress that I posted on once before. If I repeat an outfit on my blog then that means that I must really love it and I do. I mentioned in my previous post that this would be a great travel dress and so it was today. I also wanted to show an example of how to transition your maxi dresses from the summer to the fall season. The day started out warm then it quickly turned brisk in the evening time. Therefore I threw on a shrug and added a wide belt for a bit of flair.
I must say that I was very impressed with the mall as this was my first time there. Although the only ‘sole’ plus-size store there was Lane Bryant I enjoyed finding deals at Neiman Marcus on Tory Burch ballet flats and the Coach outlet had a great clearance section with this overnite bag that had me smitten . Almost every store in the entire mall was an additional 25-30% off for the Columbus Day holiday and I had a coupon book for travelers with additional savings. I finally got a chance to check out Dave and Busters so I got a little fun in the day as well. I would love to go back because there is this Medieval Times restaurant that I just have to check out.
